About Me

Empathy
When asked where I'm from, I hesitate - my parents, birthplace, and upbringing span different continents. Having to adapt quickly, I've always been drawn to people and how they navigate the world, making observation and empathy second nature.

Curiosity
My curiosity helps me find joy in learning and teaching myself, especially if it’s an opportunity to fix or improve something. I am always grateful to live in a time that has search engines and Youtube! I get satisfaction from crafting custom solutions to specific problems.

Fine Art -> UX
After starting in Fine Arts, I focused on graphic design, finding it more fulfilling to create for a function or purpose. However I still had the itch to fix and improve things. UX design became a path that made things come together for me: it combines learning about people (the users), being technical with the data from research, and the creativity needed to find interesting solutions.
Impact
The iterative nature of UX design - the testing, analyzing, learning, and improving -is a process I apply to other parts of my life. Transforming both the user’s experience and the business is a challenge that is invigorating and interesting. Each project is an opportunity to learn about new industries while making a meaningful impact.
